Hello we would like to introduce ourselves. We are Neil McGilp and Liz Cayzer and we are pioneers of Kimberley nature-based tourism.
In 1990 we established Kimberley Wilderness Adventures and built it to be one of the Kimberley's most successful tour operator, winning numerous business and tourism awards .
After selling our interest in KWA, we managed various tour businesses in Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia. We managed Seven Spirit Bay and Kakadu Cultural Tours in Arnhemland, Outback at Isa, in Mount Isa, Jabiru Safari Lodge in Mareeba, the Waltzing Matilda Centre in Winton, Goldfields Tourism Network and the Golden Quest Discovery Trail in Kalgoorlie, and the Karratha Tourism & Visitor Centre.
Whilst at the Jabiru Safari Lodge, we developed daily birding and wildlife tours and have used that experience to develop this unique tour that will appeal to all lovers of nature. We have always loved the East Kimberley, and birdwatching in the region, returning regularly and on a recent visit identified this unique opportunity to share our love of nature and birds with like-minded visitors.
This journey right around Australia has brought us full circle back to our roots in Kununurra, which is obviously the part of Australia we love the most.
We look forward to welcoming you to our special part of the East Kimberley and hope you enjoy this experience.
